Pros

I liked the people I worked with and the company has a generally optimistic environment.

Cons

I agree with others that state the pay is $2-$3 dollars lower than other comparable positions. Need to be flexible, as responsibilities can change as projects end/begin abruptly. WORST TRAINING I HAVE EVER HAD. I was one of about 30 people in my training class and was consistently in the top ten for test scores, etc. However, the trainer, who had been with the company for years, was the worst I've ever encountered. While she and I never had any conflict, she would constantly stop training and disparage and take people out of the room to talk to them, for the most petty reasons. Training was for the AT&T program, and it consisted of an overhead, with just a blank blue screen (no actual overlays), and the trainer reading from the manual at a fairly furious pace, with us scrambling to take notes. If we missed something, and either asked her to repeat or asked our neighbor, she would lecture us. We had no system experience until the last 2 days of class and we had to partner up in front of the whole class as our first exposure to the process- she completed berated and humiliated my partner for reacting too slowly and threatened to fire him in front of everyone. I quit 6 hours into my first day on the floor.
