It can definitely be challenging to work with people who don’t seem happy to be there – that’s why Sutherland has an entire department (Employee Engagement) dedicated to providing a rewarding work environment. Sutherland Global Services supports maternity/paternity leaves for those who qualify and offers short term disability coverage to those in need.
