Pros

Good policy structure, good balance b/w work, and personal life but will face challenges from time to time.

Cons

Pay is low for tenured employees when compared to new hires. This shows tenured folks aren't valued in the company and as if the company promotes attrition to renew the workforce. Not at all a good approach when it comes to advertisements saying we're a people-centric company. Need to re-evaluate this and have policies reinforced.
