      Management that cares. Transparent executive leadership. Flexible schedule. Very accommodating of the "work/life" balance. Room for growth since the company is expanding.

      Cons

      No permanent or partial with from home positions. Training in certain areas could be improved. Manual processes that need to be updated.

      Nice coworkers, good benefits, great building

      Cons

      There is a lot of favoritism there. It's not what you know it's pretty much who you know to get ahead. They don't care about family or yourself when you get sick.
