      Co workers are amazing!! They really do hire the best and brightest here.

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen. Workload is overwhelming. NO Continuing education funds for their employees!! (a big pet peeve of mine). They don't care about you as a person, as long as you add to the bottom line

      Pros

      Benefits are unmatched. The in-network doctors are MDs that I would recommend to friends and others, and I've been pleased! Good salary (maybe not as high as Kaiser) Non-unionized (as of yet) Feels like they HIGHLY value their employees (your mileage mary vary based on care center)

      Cons

      The constant implementation of new practices and the attempt to make the organization more lean. This has an adverse affect on employee productivity -- as many struggle to change their ways and/or half-heartedly embrace new values. Seems like the Shared Staff / Backup Staff are never available when you REALLY need them.
