- good pay -great people -great coworkers -great benefits

Cons

-horrible management -horrible organizational structure -left patients waiting, did not feel like we put patients first at all. -some of the doctors were disrespectful towards admin leading to resentment and in the end the patient was the one that hurt -terrible training

Sutter Healthcare is a nonprofit organization dedicated specifically to making a profit from their patients at any cost. They do not care about their employees unless you are a nurse or physician, everyone else can drop dead. There are no good reasons to work for Sutter Healthcare because they will treat you like an ant on a sidewalk. The best options are simply go work for another hospital where you are valued and appreciate.
