      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, but PTO is a bit weird

      Cons

      Truly idiotic nurses getting away with murder. Don't even know basic ACLS and are in the PACU. Constantly lying to management and management not doing anything about it. HR is a bunch of fools who don't know their elbow from their femur, but stick their noses in nurses business, but don't know what the hell they are doing.

      all is about money, not about pt. care ,safety. If you need job, you need to be quiet and be worry about your patient and license!
