Swarovski ensures that all their employees feel they are a valued part of the team. Have raffles, games, bring everyone together.

Great company to work for. They hire within company, always looking to develop you. They believe in work life balance.

Cons

Pay isn’t the best. I was hired full time and never received 40hrs. Also took a pay cut when I switched companies.
