Pros

- Offers benefits for remote workers, such as refunds for health insurance, internet bill and gym membership. - Remote working. - Vacations (10 weekdays)

Cons

- Constant late payments. If they do pay, they only pay half of what you're owed. - No Holiday bonuses. - You may end up working more than the usual 9 to 5. So work-life balance mostly depends on your manager. - Poor code base with no oversight of how things are done, as long as they work.
