Pros

Great staff and providers. Great benefits with compensation

Cons

High turnover. Medical Assistants work well below scope of practice. A lot of the positions work more like reception rather than Medical Assistants. Staffing is always too low. Poor organization

Pros

Our awesome patients Our union Our benefits Our caregivers who truly do care and also walk and talk our mission.

Cons

1) Parking costs 17$ per day. Some employees parking is paid for but "no one is suppose to know". 2) Some caregivers don't care and it shows by their extremely low productivity. For some reason, management chooses to let them slide and continues paying them for slacking off 80% of the time. Please get these people to actually earn their pay or show them the door. Taking this action would lessen the resentment that employees who actually work have AND the huge rewards for management and our CEO by gaining financially! Just think with all that money, you'll be able to put toward the Swedish Campaign or where ever you see fit.
