Pros

good money good benefits time off .Union. some coworkers are great to work with

Cons

problems with communication through upper management, more concerned about money less concerned about the important issues. seem to pay attention to petty complaints from co workers about coworkes. senior workers on people for petty issues that do not affect patient care. some employees think they're too big to help with patient care when they have the qualifications to be part of the team instead they just watch over. infection control not being followed by the book, lots of negative talk and gossip.
