Pros

Generally helpful coworkers, interesting pace of work, and relatively good salary and benefits. This position does not require much previous experience, so it is good for someone with little experience in the medical field, though of course more precious experience would make it easier.

Cons

Often stressful, very much requires the ability to multitask and take note of tasks, as often things can get lost in a hectic moment. Office environments can sometimes be catty and tricky, but that can happen anywhere

The labor union is amazing.

Pay isn't comparable anymore They are NOT flexible with hours or time off needed MANAGEMENT is backstabbing. Doctors think they're the best thing that has happened to this earth Exclusiveness

Pay was competitive and full time

Cons

After working there for 5 months was let go due to not being a good fit. HR says I only worked there for 89 days and it was within their right to fire me. I had no infraction and perfect attendance. My manager was verbal abusive.
