      Pros

      lots of overtime diverse work environment great stepping stone to learn and apply somewhere else

      Cons

      no opportunity to advance no set of standards, each Swedish location does things differently lack of involvement from supervisor employees and employer would prefer you to email your complaint instead of talking to the other person about it. lots of gossip and favortism

      Big organization to move around in, learning opportunities, meet lots of different people, union to help with conflicts, can meet really true and deep people

      Cons

      Management not always consistent with discipline. Major favoritism.. Poor communication, salaries between jobs not always consistent with skills. Hard to work with in negotiations

      Pros

      I love the easy way the nurses, MA's and front staff can always make a bad day better. Laughter, and good attitudes towards the job just made life easier. If there was a long wait and patients were getting nasty and in turn the Dr was getting nasty, it was great that you could rely on your trench buddies to help our.

      Cons

      The docs would take out on the staff if there was a long wait, but it was sort of their fault for taking so long with the previous patient. They wanted something now now now, but it didn't matter if someone was on a phone call, or checking in a patient. Management making double and triple booking okay didn't help matters either.
