Pros

There are some great people to work with but mostly people aren't friendly. I think the best perk was the parking pass to be honest.

Cons

Stressful and under paid. This is specifically for CBSI of course. You can't work over 40 hours or you will get written up for 'theft of time' . Yeah go ahead and try and make sense of that! The workload they give you can't be done in 40 hours as a medical assistant. It's like the people who slacked off and didn't care got more respect. Horrible company to work for. You can get demoted if one person above you isn't fond of you. Raises and promotions given to people who are friends with management. My friend worked there 10 years and was demoted!

Cons

HR and IS disorganized. Lots of changes with healthcare reform so you have to be OK with ambiguity and a little bit of chaos.
