Pros

Great management, decent benefits, good people to work with

Cons

was told working from home was an option when my kids are sick in the interview. This was a big reason I chose to accept the job. The first time my kid was sick and i tried to work from home I was told Swedish doesn't really like it when we do this and I need to take a sick day instead.

Pros

Good pay compared to comparable jobs in Seattle. Supportive manager, great team, support from management. Nice to work with high-quality care providers who are tops in their field.

Cons

short-staffed for patient load - would be able to provide better care to more people with more staff. no compensation for continuing ed.
