Small hospital, you can get to know many of the employees. Great training program for new staff in the new grad or new to specialty.

Cons

The Union does nothing for you but take your money. The hospital does not provide appreciation for nurses Or medical staff.

Pay was competitive and full time

Cons

After working there for 5 months was let go due to not being a good fit. HR says I only worked there for 89 days and it was within their right to fire me. I had no infraction and perfect attendance. My manager was verbal abusive.

The pay was fair given the job responsibilities. The supervising staff gave opportunities based on employee ability and ambition.

Cons

There is very little room to move within the department. There is a lack of full-time employment opportunities. The day shift gets priority over the afternoon/evening shift.
