Pros

Health benefits, most of the campuses are nice and I enjoyed all the flowers/plants. Also occasional get togethers with all staff.

Cons

No support from management, lack of kindness, no growth opportunities, little pay for what the work is, everyone hates their job and management. Overall, extremely negative environment. Manager didn’t even know my daily roles. Was doing way more than what I was hired on for.

Pros

Highest pay I've seen from any other hospital. Good health benefits and have a separate sick and pto bank. That's pretty much the only good benefits of working there.

Cons

Extremely hostile work environment. The attendance policy is the most strict I've seen. They have policies but don't equally enforce them. They can't retain talent because of these issues.

Pros

I chose to work at Swedish because of the relocation benefits, multiple scheduling options, multiple locations to choose from, beautiful commute

Cons

While the commute is lovely it can be time consuming and if you live on the other side of the water you're stuck dealing with rigid ferry schedules to make your shift work.
