Pros

Great people, great union, opportunity to grow. The healthcare training fund paid for most of my nursing school :)

Cons

The merge with Providence has been less than stellar. The benefits package is not as great as other hospital organizations,

Pros

Generally the hospital staff are incredibly kind and supportive, they are a growing hospital which gives more opportunities for growth. I feel like the type of support you get would depend on where you are placed but for the most part things are generous.

Cons

Some of the issues about working there seem to be that because it is a large hospital, some of the issues that take place in larger organizations took place such as having to jump through a lot of hoops to get certain things taken care of (like a missing W22 form).
