      Pros

      The starting pay was great, training was great, the environment and co workers were also a great fit.

      Cons

      Management was one of the biggest downfalls, it created such a high turn over rate within my clinic so we would always be losing people who didn't get the support they needed, which is why I ended up leaving this position as well.
