      Pros

      Good pay compared to comparable jobs in Seattle. Supportive manager, great team, support from management. Nice to work with high-quality care providers who are tops in their field.

      Cons

      short-staffed for patient load - would be able to provide better care to more people with more staff. no compensation for continuing ed.

      Pros

      Great growth opportunities within SMG and SMC. As long as you get to know the right people, moving up isn't very difficult. Offers training classes and shadowing desired positions if asked. Quarterly bonuses if certain SMG/SMC goals are met. Annual cost of living and merit increases.

      Cons

      Management constantly pushing for more from providers and staff. It takes forever for positions to get approved through the board, even to replace existing positions, leaving current employees with stressful amount of work. Working extremely hard doesn't get noticed unless you "suck-up" to management.
