      Good opportunity to grow within the company internally (though not necessarily within a specific clinic). Welcoming and friendly environment; HR comes around several times a year to check in on clinic processes/employee satisfaction levels.

      Cons

      Very short-staffed; large amount of turnover. 10-hour shifts (which isn't bad unless you have to take on a lot of overtime due to being called in for the clinic being short-staffed, etc.). A bit underpaid for how much work with insurance, etc. is happening.
