      Pros

      Had opportunity to work with a number of highly intelligent people at Swedish Neuroscience Institute. Great opportunity to work with staff at all levels of the organization. Opportunities to work with patients as well.

      Cons

      At the time, lots of changes and difficulties with changing management/physicians and administrators fighting for control. Was also happening during the initial Providence/Swedish acquisition.

      very nice place to work, and it is good atmosphere even some staff make it hard to live!

      Cons

      less pay. benefits are less and the hourly pay can be better, I would be appreciate if they improve it!
