Pros

401k, decent healthcare at no cost for under 60k/yr employees, and AMAZING BH benefits (unlimited private in addition to employer-provided services). Providers and most clinical staff are amazing.

Cons

The office politics in the bigger clinics is ridiculous. People rather gossip and complain than do the 18 million other things we have to do for patient care, and patients (as well as the clinic as a whole) suffer for it. There's a huge nepotism problem and a lot of ThAt'S nOt My JoB bs that just leaves patients running in circles. I've heard from providers and staff at multiple clinics and locations that it is unfortunately a commonplace issue at larger Swedish clinics. Shame, too, because in my experience the providers and about 1/3-1/2 of the support staff are amazing and genuinely care.
