Partially due to the Providence integration, Swedish struggles slightly with workflow issues, but this is something they are actively working to address at a system level

Pros

-Great Staff -Decent facility -Great stroke center -Good team work -Decent benefits -PTO -Extra shift bonus pay -Decent management -Able to move up the company ladder -Cafeteria open until 2:30 am

Cons

-Lowest paying hospital in the area, can be poorly managed at times. E.R can be disorganized. Technology is not kept up very well. Double rooms on certain units can be very stressful for patients and staff. Overall just an "okay" place to work.
