      Mostly Positive Mixed Bag

      Pros

      Generally the hospital staff are incredibly kind and supportive, they are a growing hospital which gives more opportunities for growth. I feel like the type of support you get would depend on where you are placed but for the most part things are generous.

      Cons

      Some of the issues about working there seem to be that because it is a large hospital, some of the issues that take place in larger organizations took place such as having to jump through a lot of hoops to get certain things taken care of (like a missing W22 form).

      Pros

      This place is amazing. I've worked many different places and I can honestly say I've never found a job that values your opinions, career aspirations, and personal life (hello work/life balance!!!). Throughout the organization, there is a sense of community and equality where everyone's voice matters and that allows for you to expand your career in ways you never thought possible. On top of everything else, the organization is committed to patient safety, customer service and innovation. There are so many health organizations in Seattle and I feel confident that this is the top.

      Pros

      Great benefits, multiple locations, no layoffs that I have ever been aware of. Some room for employee growth.

      Cons

      Lower in pay scale, lack of proper management in some areas, very limited tuition reimbursement.
