      great vision for nurses, dream if thats what you are looking for. Shared governance, leadership, magnet journey

      Cons

      lots of lay-offs, lots of uncertainty, hiring many nurses but will soon lay them off

      Great coworkers, but definite lack of support from managers.

      Pros

      Benefits are OK, training was very good and worked with great coworkers. Employees all have a very good mindset of it all being about patient care.

      Cons

      Expectations are very high, understaffed, lack of support and communication from managers. Never was able to fit in any breaks and was barely able to squeeze in the lunch break.
