Pros

great environment to work in that provides many learning opportunities in healthcare. I would certainly return to work for them if needed. Great team facilitated lab and room for growth!

Cons

typical hospital working environment. I cannot think of many cons at all. I enjoyed where I worked and would recommend this facility to anyone, especially the motivated!

Pros

Positive nurse-nurse and nurse-provider relationships, many protocols to guide practice, culture of safety, competitive wages

Cons

Healthcare benefits for staff are under negotiation--hopefully will improve, top-heavy management system due to large system (Swedish) within a multi-state system (Providence) setup...although department managers have enormous groups of frontline staff, leading to disconnect between strategic direction and patient care.

Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, a lot of opportunity to learn

Cons

Too many politics in the clinic, very clique-y, very separate in terms of management and the "worker bees"
