Pros

The director/VP I reported to were incredible, the quality dept. staff were talented, driven and personable and the salary was appropriate.

Cons

The culture and executive leadership was unpredictable/ unreliable. There was a high degree of turnover due to frustration with the organization and the inability to effect change. The political climate was the worst I have experienced and was influenced, in part, by the Providence affiliation.

Cons

You have to pay for parking The health plans could be better There are really no educational benefits. There's something for RN to BSN but outside of that its extremely limited. Getting in touch with HR is difficult. Constant Layoffs/downsizing

Pros

I've never had a more flexible job. The work is very cyclical but there are times you could finish everything you needed to do in 6 hours. The employees here are truly stellar for the most part and are really hard workers.

Cons

Management is extremely suspicious of everyone and really abuses some of their top workers. It's an environment of fear and the ones who last led have learned to stay to themselves out of view. It's truly sad that this is a continuing problem here that seems to never be dealt with.
