Pros

Quality of lower level people the staff really love what they do. They are dedicated to their patients. They have a good mission if they would just follow it.

Cons

Don't know how to do finances always laying people off . Senior management is kingdom builders and care more about status than what is going on!

Good benefits, great medical care providers

Cons

Staff get 1-3% salary increases, while managers get 8-13% salary increases. So the income inequality continues to grow while we get negative information weekly about the union negotiations.

Pros

Swedish does have a Great Orientation Program. Very organized and thorough.

Cons

The human resources department (especially through Providence) does not follow through or help its employees lower level employees. Especially when it comes to dealing with problems caused by management. There is a severe lack of support for employees when it comes to these issues.
