      Pros

      Providers care, patients are amazing, nurses are superheros. The clinical and most of non-clinical staff really do want to help our patients and go above and beyond. Health benefits are great, esp for Behavioral Health.

      Cons

      Overworked, perpetually understaffed, woefully underpaid. Most of us still here are only here because we want to help our patients and our providers. But now we're losing PROVIDERS due to leadership failures. It makes me sad, I came to this company because I believed in the standard they had set before Providence ruined it.
