*Providence Health has a really toxic culture, and Swedish leadership has bowed to damaging policies. *Few opportunities for career growth. *Outsourced, non-local IT who take forever to respond. *Terrible project planning, with little engagement with end user staff. *Inflexible leadership *Pay doesn't keep up with Seattle inflation and cost of living. *Chronic understaffing and terrible work/life balance. Often asked to work overtime, and chronically felt overloaded and drowning in work.
