Love my department and my team, my Manager is a visionary and really cares for everyone on his team. Love the charting system as well.

Cons

Benefits could be better, wish Swedish would be politically neutral, I don't appreciate some of the imagery promoted by them.

Pay, leadership, ill equipped, understaffed, extremely unsafe, and all of these issues have yet to be addressed.

Cons

This place is an absolute dumpster fire. The new manager is awesome but it’s too little too late. The place has little too no systems in place and would not recommend it. No room for growth.
