Administration has understaffed this institution to the breaking point. These problems have been growing since 2014 and have not changed.

Nice co workers flexible hours (after years of working there) no micromanaging at the time chill environment was a good place to work before providence took over starting making huge cuts Guy Hudson wouldn't even give us a decent contract we had to go on strike and were locked out for an additional 3 days just for them to bring travel agency and paid them to do nothing

Cons

CEO greedy doesn't care about staff Pay raise isn't that great pay for parking as an employee high turnover rate in management treated minorities unfair (cherry hill)
