They provide opportunities to hone management skills. They make sure that everyone is recognized when they reach company goals for the quarter. I definitely feel valued and recognized here.

Cons

Sometimes there are sudden movements of caseworkers but nothing too big that our team cannot handle and/or adjust to.

Everyone is highly approachable! Everyone around feels like a friend you've known for years as they never leave you out on anything! Pay is great! its been very tough these past 2 years but Sweet James has given me an opportunity to support my family and be financially stable. Team Leaders keep us focused on the goals and are very kind! This Place is great!

Cons

Im thankful Im employed and that I feel safe and happy here. I dont see any downside here

Culture here is diverse harmonious. The managers are down to earth which makes you feel like you are working with your friends. Sweetjames is very appreciative towards their employees and always encourages to be the best version of yourself without any pressure.
