I would say that there is really a lot of reason to admire everything here at Sweet James. But the changes that we have experienced recently is one thing that I can highlight. The management is always looking for the betterment of the team! From the hiring process, training, and endorsements, everything is getting is always in line and planned.

Cons

Since every plan is for a better operation, I can't see any cons with this process and changes.

You are never bored! There’s always lots of work and they will train you to do basically anything you want at the firm. They promote often if you do your job well. Just be vocal about what you want and set goals for yourself and they will work with you.

Cons

They are a growing firm and are still working out a lot of kinks/personnel. If someone else leaves the firm everyone else has to pick up the slack.
