Pros
This is by far the best company I have worked for in my career. The main thing that sets this company apart from other companies I have worked for is the senior management. I was instantly drawn to Sweetlabs when I had my first conversation with Darrius, the CEO, in my interview and he was a legitimate, down to earth, nice person. Don't get me wrong, this guy is extremely intelligent and driven, but he is not the typical egotistical megalomaniac CEO and this one thing significantly alters the entire work atmosphere. The entire senior management staff belongs in this category. There's no clawing to gain higher ranks in the company. There's no upper management cliques that you will never get into because you're not good enough to be classified as their colleagues rather than just their employees. In the past, I have worked with some exceptional people, but the people that the atmosphere of this company attracts are truly amazing. Every colleague I have had the pleasure of working with is intensely smart and invested in the success of the company. Everyone here is good natured and fun to get to know. The company encourages personal career growth because they know it will benefit both the individual as well as the company. This company is truly a collective of intelligent, driven, good-natured, and fun people. I could keep talking about the awesome culture that does fun events regularly, and plays as hard as they work and the variety of great benefits the company has to offer, but my other points are what truly place this company in a different league.
Cons
There is very little that I can classify as a con for this company. The only thing that comes to mind is that select departments have little to no interaction with each other and there is little to no opportunity to get to work with those colleagues and get to know them.
