Pros

SweetLabs is the most unique company I have ever worked for. Not only does the leadership team actually care about our happiness and well-being, but they also give us the freedom to step up and grow and learn new things. Something else that sets SweetLabs apart is the amazing group of people that inspire me to come into work everyday. It's not everyday you find coworkers that you actually like spending time with and can learn from, and that to me is priceless.

Cons

SweetLabs is a fast-paced company, we've always been that way. When you move at a pace like we do, sometimes things like communication, on-boarding, and training can be a challenge to keep up with. I know the company is working extremely hard right now to help fix some of those obstacles, so hopefully we will see some improvement in these areas in the near future.

As for your advice to our management team, we do recognize the need for more performance feedback. We've had a lot of feedback regarding this specific area and we are currently researching some possible options to improve this process.

Cons

The industry can be a bit of a roller coaster but overall there isn't much negative to say.

Not lot of benefits provided by the company, as its a startup
