      Pros

      Seeing some of the negative press over the past weeks in Glassdoor and other places are not indicative of the behaviours I saw out of Senior Leadership during my time there. I found most leaders to be strong contributors to both the company and even more so the community it works in. In opening a new DC you wouldn't expect the owner and his family to be packing orders...nevermind late into the evening. The commitments seen were impressive.

      None that I can see worth mentioning. You can pick apart any organization if you wanted to.

      I'm glad to hear you're you're enjoying the hours and training. Regarding promotion opportunities, if you haven't already I'd encourage you to speak with your manager or a member of our HR team about your interests and options that could be available to you. Through June 2020, we've had 71 employees this year who have been promoted into different roles within the company with 12 promotions in June alone (including one account coordinator who was promoted to a Sales Engineer in June).
