Regarding your comments about stealing sales, we strongly encourage an open and honest atmosphere and when these types of issues pop up (thankfully this is rare), they are most often revealed by coworkers who want to make sure everyone is doing the right thing. All employees are also strongly encouraged to bring concerns to the attention of their Neighborhood Leader or any Sales Manager. These issues are taken very seriously and promptly addressed.
