Pros

Great company, great values, if you've ever worked in the MI world, this is the best company, and a great position. On site there is a gym, doctor, barber, diner, walking trail, disc golf (6 holes), racketball court, studio, etc. Great benefits, time off, 401k, health insurance. The opportunity to make money and have a nice life is here, it will take work to get there, and it is work, not all playing guitar or hanging in the studio all day.

Cons

Location. I struggled for a few years with the idea of moving to Fort Wayne, IN, it took me a long time to make the final decision to move here. It worked out for me and lots of others, but if this is your first time leaving home, friends/family, with our without a spouse, make sure you are ready for a move. Find stuff to do in town that you like, Fort Wayne has plenty to offer, if you do not explore or find it, you will struggle.

Pros

The people at Sweetwater are what make it such a great place to work. Their knowledge, support, and passion create a positive and collaborative environment. The company promotes diversity, inclusion, and opportunities for growth. The vendor perks, contests, and events are an added bonus that make the workplace even more enjoyable.

Cons

Compensation for hourly employees could be improved through higher wages and more competitive raise percentages that better reflect employee contributions.

Pros

Good opportunities for on going training and development, lots of campus amenities, and supportive work environment. Overall a positive work experience.

Cons

Compensation is less than ideal, depends on your role but with the high cost of living, it's spread pretty thin. To support business across the nation, some team members work closer to 2nd shift schedule and weekend availability is expected to support business model, not the worst but is a strain on personal and family affairs.
