Cool Product/Systems for Hospitals

Pros

I loved working for Swisslog Healthcare Solutions. What we do for hospitals is awesome - cool technology and systems that save lives. I really had a great team and was exposed to lots of learning opportunities to grow professionally, which was what I was looking for. Good amount of paid time off: vacation, company holidays, etc. Benefits start your first day and an awesome 401k (additional company contribution after a year). New leaders are shaking things up which is a good thing sometimes.

Cons

New leaders are shaking things up so if you are adverse to change, this isn't for you. A service provider for an industry that never rests (hospitals) is challenging - if you looking for 9 to 5, this isn't for you.
