Career Advancement opportunities. Swisslog looks to advance from within. Friendly work environment. Very good benefits. Field Service provides a variety of scheduled work at different locations.

Cons

Field Service is not a 9 - 5 job, but more of lifestyle. To meet customer demands flexible hours are required. Replacement of the work order system is needed.

Unreasonable work requests Lied to by management False information given at interview/hire Ever changing schedule No set on call rotation as claimed Poor people management Poor communication from project management teams Dispatch and manager have zero idea of your geographical location for job assignment purposes Micromanaged Poor teaching and training provided ZERO work/life balance
