Team members excluding so-called management are always willing to share information and answer questions if they know the answers.

Cons

Poorly managed company High turnover Losing money… a lot of money Inexperienced management/director equals a petty, vindictive person who feels threatened by those with experience No consistent policies or procedures No onsite training with products in portfolio

Good people, bad business

Pros

Good people to work with. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Low pay. Poor management. OnCall 24-7. The business model for service is not going to be sustainable and profitable for very long. They do very little to keep good and experienced employees. Then waste tens of thousands of dollars finding, hiring, and training replacements. Ver short sided.

Pros

Decent salary but only to start. Good benefit package. Lots of hours.

Cons

Segregation between departments. If you work in the field you are treated as a second class citizen. Raises are well below industry standard. Senior management is completely disconnected from the rest of the company. Work\life balance is non existent. People are of no value and considered easily replaced.
