      Pros

      Very good experience at the airport

      Cons

      Bad management, no room for advancement, no travel benefits, health benefits are only after 2 years of working, only schedule maximum of 20 hrs give or take, no overtime even after you trade your shift, parking is super far-waste time, not as "luxury" as it used to be--employees are just numbers...easily replaced and take advantage of employees. Not a career job

      Pros

      Very interesting, fun work environment. It never fails to be rewarding to see how happy you can make your passengers. It's hard sometimes but if you have a passion for the industry, and are a quick thinker who is good with people, this may be the right career for you.

      Cons

      Job can be difficult, especially switching between airlines on a regular basis. Management can be disorganized when it comes to training and other aspects. I'm not sure about flight benefits because when asking different managers and bosses in our airport, they tell you different things. Some say you can get benefits, others say they aren't available. Hours can be exhausting.
