Pros

Friendly atmosphere not because you work for this company but because you're working at an airport, the ability to trade your shifts, the fast paced environment and nothing more.

Cons

Make sure you have no family, and is ready to commit to a part time job your whole life(full time doesn't exist for agents). No benefits at all even after two years of service. be ready to work irregular hours sometimes more than 8 hours a day without any breaks, wearing a poor uniform which you will receive after a year. If you work for the Air France account get comfortable to be watched like in the Nazi camps and pushing wheelchairs all day!! Stressful work conditions the list goes on.....

None, they have a long probation period, you pay high union dues from the begining but they will not kick in for you until your probation is up

Cons

No benefits, 120 working day probation, minimum wage.

I enjoyed my employment here, was on a good team with good team leaders and team managers

Cons

shame I was not able to be work and be trained on other accounts they managed.
