      Pros

      A lot of the work is extremely easy if you're not working ramp and the pay is fine for what you're doing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, Every company has cons, this one included. There is a lot of underlying issues amongst employees, A lot of lazy employees, Inefficeint and laughable practices, overt favoritism, managerial issues and turnover rate.

      Very unorganized, scheduling is extremely poor and the administrative staff for the most part is laughable. The trainers in my opinion are fine but the people they have to work with are... yikes
