They hire everyone, if you want a job, you can apply.

Cons

Staffing shortages, and depends on the airline you work for, working conditions are poor and management always blame employees for mistakes but never reflect on their own.

Pros

Hard working hourly staff who care. Great job if you are based in Europe.

Cons

North American stations are led by C suite individuals who shouldn’t be executives. Too far removed from the operation to care. Not educated enough in finance to push back on the nickel and diming of the hedge funds owners in order to provide a quality working environment for their employees.
