Sometimes they do not pay correctly

Pay could be better They will cut down your hours significantly without much notice. You can go from full-time to part-time within less than a week. Management is terrible, they barely come in to the office, they do not care about anyone but themselves and treat employees poorly. There is constant yelling by certain supervisors. There is a lot of favoritism and nepotism, good workers are treated poorly, while people who barely work get away with everything. They expect you to overwork yourself even when they fail to provide sufficient work for everyone. They will send you home and cut down your hours, full-time jobs/hours are apparently not a guarantee. They have prioritized buying a lot of furniture that is not being used, tvs and other things, while the entire facility and equipment have been in need for upgrades for a long time. HR is incompetent and slow to respond do not get any airline benefits they provide food and treats but it is mostly very unhealthy and junk food
