Swope Health Services reviews

The people that work at this organization are over worked and under paid. They work long hours and deal with patients that are mentally unstable and lack knowledgeable communication. The work loads are heavy and there is not enough staff to accommodate all of the patients they service. They are quick to fire or suspend employees that are an asset to the community.

upper management could stand to be more friendly and understanding of staff below them. Their is a lack of customer service internally. Swope does not appear to care about the overall morale of the workers in the company. Swope has made some changes recently that is creating a hostile work environment. It does not appear that upper management is willing to make changes to help the revenue producing staff. At times upper management come off as not caring about the safety of employees who work in the community. That is concerning.
