You will be held accountable for the insane amount of client cancellation regardless of your efforts to maintain or retain client engagement. Moreover, you will be expected to visit mentally unstable clients wherever you can find them regardless of them being on the run from the law and or an obvious danger to themselves and others. You will be expected to transport clients, clean or not, in your private vehicle to God knows where on short notice. There's no point in scheduling appointments with clients as they will not show up or show up when they are ready and get mad when asked to reschedule. Swipe has a cancellation policy, but no one, not even Swope upholds it. You better have tough skin as you will be cursed out by clients and co-workers alike. You will be called everything but a child of God. Lastly, clients will treat you like their personal assistants at their disposal and be very angry if you don't comply. Don't waste your time complaining to management about the many injustices you will face because nothing (AND I DO MEAN NOTHING) will be done about it. The case management turn over rate is laughable and if you stay at least three whole days without quitting you'll see why.
